Rental comes with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, beautiful theater large projection screen, in-wall audio, 7 adult recliners plus available kids chairs, extra air mattresses. 1 bedroom is separate, small, newly renovated structure with large picture window, microwave, tv, fridge, coffee, etc. The property sits on 2 acres with lots of flowering trees, flower gardens, outdoor kitchen, pergola with seating for 6+, outdoor fireplace, 2 outdoor fire pits, including one in the woods. Whole property is fenced with 6 foot deer fence. Automated, iron gate front entrance. Outdoor kitchen has grill, stove, air fryer/over, ice maker, blender, fridge, bread warmer, spices, knife set, silverware, plates bowls and sink with hot and cold water. About 100 restaurants deliver here and or are within 10 minute drive. We’ve been offering this portion of our property as a short-term rental for about 9 months and have already had 3 music videos shot here. There is a beautiful lavender farm immediately next door with goats, alpacas, chickens and a pony. Lots of local stores and services nearby as well as Princeton University about 2 miles away. There is lots of outdoor seating and gathering space. Property comes with access to 2 e-bikes, about 30 folding chairs, 2 catering style tables and other folding tables.
