About the Space

Welcome to one of Salem's most unique event spaces. We are a fully furnished event space with several amenities available at no additional cost, including: AV equipment 60" Tables Folding Chairs Bar Height tables Propane outdoor heaters Chef's Kitchen Our capacity is 149, more comfortable at around 100 for a seated dinner. We do not have in house catering or bartending, instead, you have the freedom to hire whomever you would like for your event. Our only requirements are insurance & licensure. We ask that any bartender or caterer you bring in is licensed and insured. Our cleaning fee is included in the cost of the rental of the space, so there is no need to take out trash, wipe down counters. All we ask is that if you bring decor, food, etc into the space, that that leaves with you. You are welcome to arrange the furniture in the space to accommodate your gathering- including using any of the furniture we have in the back room, we just ask that you move everything back how it was when you arrived. Our requirements for rental of the space is a $500 deposit to secure your date and act as a small insurance policy on any damages that may incur. This deposit is fully refundable after your event- assuming no damages.
