Located in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, our event space is fully customizable with a capacity for 150 seated or 200 standing guests. The price per hour is the base price weekday rate only. For 2021, 50% discount is offered for the following days: Monday to Thursday it is a $1000 dollars Friday and Sunday $1750 Saturday $2500 All price indicated includes table and chairs. For 2022, please contact the host since pricing will change. IMPORTANT FACTS Tables and Chairs We supply seventeen 8ft. by 30in. banquet tables and 150 oak folding chairs at no additional charge, as well as 6 High Boy Tables or Caberet in any combination. Uplights The space comes with 16 uplights as well as hard-wired patio lights. Parking There is limited public parking available in the lot directly next door. Contact our events manager for details. There also is free street parking on Halsted and metered spaces nearby on Halsted and Armitage. Music Music is allowed at the venue until midnight. Vendors Although we have a preferred vendor list, you may use any vendor you wish, pending event manager’s approval. Storage Limited on-site storage is available. Please confirm in advance in case of back to back bookings. DAY RATES FRIDAY OR SUNDAY: $3,500 SATURDAY: $5,000 MONDAY — THURSDAY: $2,000 (EXCEPT HOLIDAYS) 20% off for Non-Profit Organizations
