235 Acre working racehorse farm and training facility in Kentucky, approximately 35 minutes east of Louisville. Complete with two race tracks (6 furlong dirt, 5/8 mile poly uphill) and a large indoor arena. The location features 6 barns housing some 250 competitive thoroughbreds, an additional indoor mare barn and other varieties of buildings, including two maintenance shops and offices. The farm features 3 scenic ponds as well as many acres of lush bluegrass. Easily accessible location close to gorgeous La Grange! Our 6 furlong dirt racetrack could be used to film racing scenes. It is expertly maintained and used daily by current racehorses to practice and record official times. There is room around the track to add bleachers or other construction, there is also a clocker's stand located along one of the long stretches of track.
