About the Space
Minimally designed space that offers the most flexibility for your shoots. Newly renovated studio for photo, video, and audio productions, as well as meetings, auditions, and workshops. Located in DTLA's Fashion District easily accessed off the 10 freeway with ample access to parking and free lighting gear. PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ ALL OUR RULES BEFORE BOOKING. No dirty shoes are allowed on the backdrops AND you may not stand on the furniture since it cannot be cleaned if it gets dirty/ damaged. The building has 1 passenger elevator and 1 freight elevator. The freight elevator schedule is MONDAY- FRIDAY (7:30 AM-7:00 PM), the passenger elevator works 24/7. Building working hours 24/7. The building is located near many parking lots and the prices are ~$10 cash per day. You can also use the street meters but be careful with the time not to receive any tickets. The space is perfect for Portrait and Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Social Media Content Creators, Commercial and Print Photography, Product Shots, Interviews, Fitness, Podcast, Photoshoots and Videos, Apparel Shoots, Headshots, Lingerie Shoots, Filming, TV series etc. REMINDER: Your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture and backdrops are placed in their original location. If you move the furniture and don't leave it in the way we left it for you, we will charge you $50 now that the studio has to be in perfect condition like the way we are giving it to you. AMENITIES: - Large natural light windows - Savage Seamless color backdrops (86" / Multiple colors / Please Check what's available) - 1 Continuous Softbox (5500k) - V-Flat / Black & White (40” x 40” x 2”) - NEEWER 24"/60cm Light Reflector Kit, 5 in 1 Collapsible Round Reflector - 2 extension cords - Various colored gels - Large Mirror for wardrobe and makeup - Clothing Rack - Folding Table and Chair - Pictured Furniture (Barcelona Chairs, stools, chairs, etc...) - Step stool - Air conditioning STANDARD OVERTIME RATE IS X1.5 If you do not notify the host 30 minutes prior to the end of your booking overtime is subject to x2 times the hourly rate extra charge. We enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minute your time is up and is charged at 30-minute intervals. SECURITY CAMERAS: *There is a camera on the space to monitor: safety, arrival and departure times, overtime, extra charges and damages. We do not keep any footage unless Peerspace asks for proof of the above. Please note YOUR GUESTS COUNT when you book and book accordingly per tier, if your guest count goes beyond the tier amount, you will incur upper-tier pricing

Exactly what we needed for our apparel collection photoshoot. Small space with excellent natural light. Pros: - Excellent communication and information by host - Great pricing - Some backdrops, stools, entry level lighting gear, and misc. items included - Lots of street parking right in front of studio depending on time of day - Clean space Suggestions / tips: - There was only a very small trash can that was already filled. If you foresee having some trash, bring some bags. - The elevator was out of order for our shoot. So if you have a lot of gear, you'll need some help as there are a series of stairs to the second floor.
