    Worth the drive to El Monte! The low price at first had me skeptical, but this is one of the cleanest and most well equipped studios we've been to. The actors loved the front room with dressing tables and lights. The bathroom is very spacious; plenty of room in there to change wardrobe. AC works GREAT. It was nice and cool in there! We will 100% be back!

Handicap restroom. Full Parking lot in rear. Long gated driveway. Front gated entry. This is a Stand Alone Building.
