With no idea, plans, and recycled and already conditioned and used items. Not much need to be bought the time it took to create this true work of art! Useful for meetings, birthday parties, engagements, or just simple because of its beauty. For an additional fee you can have this with a personal(chandlier aka candle maker) for candle parties as well.
