NOTE: *Rate posted for production is base pricing and varies depending on number of people. We charge additional $10 per person in excess of 5 people for production booking, so please inquire for custom rate. *An add-on of cleaning fee is required on every booking. Different pricing for cleaning fee applies depending on the type of booking. ($375 for events and meetings & $65 for production). Please check add-ons description below. Our property spans 6,000 sq ft in total. The Studio Rental space available for video and photo shoots occupies approximately 2,000 sq ft. It comes equipped with a 60 ft by 30 ft white cyc wall. If you with to paint the wall, you can do so at an additional fee of $125 (covering only half of the wall). For wall and floor painting, there is a $250 charge, and it needs to be requested in advance. It is about the time and place in which it happened, and about the people who are responsible for making it happen. Security deposit will be held 48 hours prior to your booking’s start date. If we are unable to authorize a hold, your booking may be subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
Giggster takes a 19% commission that helps cover the costs of platform maintenance, development, marketing and 24/7 support. Commission percent is lower for bookings made under partner programs.

Location Rules

  • All hard-to-clean materials (confetti milk flour powder fake blood wax body oil etc) are to be approved in advance. A refundable deposit is required.
  • CYC Wall comes AS IS (Movable walls). If you wish it to be repainted for your booking please request in advance. The repainting wall fee is $250 and Cycloramas floor is $400 and the wall starts at $1500 to change color.
  • Do not adjust the thermostat.
  • Music is to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics. Live music bands must be approved in advance.
  • NO WANDERED Kids Allow unless they are supervised by an adult or to be on a set.
  • NO WEAPONS OF ANY TYPE ALLOW
  • NO pets allowed without the prior consent of a studio representative.
  • No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the studio a $500 fine will be charged for each incident.
