Second floor design studio in Rutherford NJ. It is a corner unit with 6 large windows so it is filled with natural light. Original checkered vinyl flooring mixed with new light oak colored floors. The studio has it own stylish kitchenette loaded with a fridge, water cooler, ice maker, sink, TV and coffee machine. Classic modern furniture, and two large dining tables with chairs for up to 20 people. White brick walls with black molding accents and original ceiling with new beautiful chandeliers accenting each area. Total maximum occupancy is about 30. WiFi is included.
