Rental Details • Studio Size: 750 sq. ft. • Capacity: Up to 20 people • Included Furnishings: • Tables (arranged to suit your needs) • Chairs (sufficient for up to 20 people) • Rental Duration: 1-10 hours • Rental Rate: $75 per hour 3 hours minimum , 100$ for 1-2 hour rental • Additional furniture or layout adjustments (please inquire) Studio Features • Natural Light: The space is equipped with large windows, allowing for plenty of natural light. • Wi-Fi: High-speed internet connection available. • Climate Control: Air-conditioned and heated for year-round comfort. • Flexible Layout: The space can be arranged to meet your specific needs, whether for group discussions, presentations, or creative activities. Booking Terms • A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. • Full payment is due prior to the rental date. • Cancellations made within 2 days of the rental date may be subject to a cancellation fee. • Additional services or overtime hours are available at an extra cost.
