About the Space

A light-filled industrial studio in Botany, set up for photographers, filmmakers, brands and content creators. You get 100sqm of usable floor, high ceilings, exposed brick and a built-in cyc wall. Only one booking is on site at a time, so the whole space is yours. THE SPACE The open floor measures roughly 12m × 9m, with ceilings rising from 4m to 6m. Large industrial windows bring in plenty of natural light, and the raw brick and concrete finishes make a strong backdrop on their own. The cyc wall is 3m wide × 3.2m high with a 2.3m floor bed, ready for clean product, fashion and portrait work. FACILITIES Two hair and makeup stations Working kitchen and bar with fridge, water and coffee facilities Wi-Fi Portable sound system Heating for cooler months Bathrooms on site ACCESS & PARKING The ground-floor space has a drive-up entrance, so you can unload gear, props and furniture right at the door. There’s a free council car park a few metres away, plus free all-day street parking, and a bus stop on the main road about a minute’s walk away. WHAT IT’S USED FOR Photoshoots of every kind: fashion and lookbooks, e-commerce, portraits and headshots, branding, editorial, and campaign work on the cyc wall or against raw brick. The working kitchen makes it ideal for food photography and recipe content, so you can cook, style and shoot in one place. The space also works as a blank-canvas event venue great for birthdays, baby showers, engagement parties, corporate events, and brand launches. Events are by application.
