You and your guests will have exclusive access to the ENTIRE venue for the duration of your hire. There will be no shared facilities with other hirers. In fact, there will be no one other than you and your guests in sight.

Located only 5km from Melbourne CBD with loads of FREE of street-parking in the area. We are also a 5 minute walk from Burnley Train Station, a 5 minute walk from East Richmond station and a 10 minute walk or quick tram ride from Richmond station. Oh, and did we mention that the tram stop is right outside our front door.

Large 20x10m Function Room
Our HUGE 20 x 10 meter function room is just the beginning. There is also a 6 x 10 meter sound proofed reception area if some of your guests would like a to chill and chat or a bit. We also have separate mens and ladies bathrooms and kitchenette.
