To maintain a professional, safe, and creative environment for all guests, we ask that all renters follow the rules below: General Rules No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the building. No firearms or weapons allowed on the premises. No glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, fog machines, paint, or materials that create excessive mess unless approved in advance. No excessive alcohol consumption or illegal activity. Music and noise levels must remain respectful at all times. Floating walls and major set pieces may only be moved by our staff unless prior approval is given. Guests may not climb, stand, or place excessive weight on floating walls or set structures. Furniture and props must be returned to their original locations before the end of the booking. Do not tape, nail, screw, or permanently attach anything to walls, floors, ceilings, or furniture without approval. Any damages to equipment, walls, furniture, props, or the building will be charged to the renter. Sound & Recording The studios are acoustically treated but not fully soundproof. Please be aware that occasional outside noise may occur. Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior may result in the booking being ended early. Cleanliness Guests must leave the space in the same condition it was found. All trash must be placed in designated trash bins. Food and drinks are permitted, but cleanup is required before checkout. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee. Booking & Time Your booking time must include setup and breakdown. Overtime will be billed in additional hourly increments. Early arrival or late departure is not guaranteed unless arranged beforehand. Capacity & Safety Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times. Guests may not block exits, hallways, or loading areas. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Guests are responsible for the behavior and safety of everyone in their group. Equipment & Liability Guests are responsible for their own equipment and belongings. we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Any use of studio equipment must be approved in advance. A professional creative environment built for creators, artists, brands, and community. We ask all guests to treat the space, staff, neighbors, and fellow creatives with professionalism and respect. All ages are allowed in the space Security cameras and recording devices There are security cameras on the outside of the building. But not in the studios. These are specifically for safety. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited
