It’s a space that shifts easily from production to gathering, from photo to dinner, from stillness to sound. The open floor plan and soft daylight make it ideal for film, photography, and editorial work, while its quiet minimalism and generous proportions lend themselves just as well to private events, food-driven experiences, or evening parties. A_02 holds space ready to become what you need it to be. - Accessible via passenger elevator - Easy load-in / load-out - Climate controlled - High-speed WiFi - Private bathrooms separate from main space - Flexible layout for seated or standing events - Suitable for private events, pop-ups, and food experiences - Available with tables, chairs, and other rentals upon request - Walking distance to Brooklyn Navy Yard and Steiner Studios - Minimalist design, easy to brand or transform Please NOTE: Included in the rental for on the day: Coordinator who will open and close the space, Pre- and post-shoot walkthrough, Phone/text access for basic support during booking hours. We offer an additional Site Rep for a fee that can been added during your booking that would include: - On-site presence during the full duration of your booking - Managing load-in/load-out logistics (elevators, doors, shared access areas) - Approving and overseeing any light furniture moves or set modifications - Coordinating with outside vendors (caterers, stylists, delivery drivers, etc.) - Monitoring compliance with house rules (e.g. no smoking, no affixing items to walls) - Real-time troubleshooting of issues related to power, lighting, temperature, etc. - Facilitating access to additional supplies or amenities (power strips, towels, etc.) - Escorting talent or crew if areas of the building require controlled access - Acting as point of contact between your crew and the space owner
