1932 Storybook castle home in Eagle Rock, Glassell Park with beautiful large yard, brick patio, fountain, rose gardens. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, game room with pool table, 1930s stove and retro refrigerator, original kitchen cabinets. 1940s Jukebox and piano. Finished air conditioned garage makes for a convenient green room, hair and makeup area. Large patio space can make for a convenient wardrobe storage area or luncheon space for crew. Driveway is great for Kraft Services. Neighbors very amenable should you desire even more space. Can accommodate large or small productions. Plenty of street parking for large trucks. You will have a pleasant experience. See you onset!
