Location Rules
- 1. No smoking or vaping inside the space, in front of the building, or near neighboring entrances.
- 2. Music must be kept at a reasonable volume. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
- 3. Any outside line must be managed by your team and cannot block residential or neighboring business entrances. Please avoid large gatherings in front of the building.
- 4. Please leave the space in the same condition it was received. Trash should be placed in designated bins, and cardboard should be flattened and bundled.
- 5. Do not leave trash on the sidewalk or place it in residential/city bins. Any resulting tickets, fines, or cleanup fees will be charged to the guest.
- 6. Nails and wall/glass decals are allowed with prior approval. Restoration fees may apply for unpatched holes, patches without proper sanding and repainting, or decal residue.
- 7. Booking hours must include deliveries, setup, breakdown, cleanup, and removal. Unscheduled overtime is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate.
- 8. A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. Additional cleaning, repairs, restoration, fines, or damage-related costs may be deducted from the deposit.
