Location Rules

1. No smoking or vaping inside the space, in front of the building, or near neighboring entrances.
2. Music must be kept at a reasonable volume. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
3. Any outside line must be managed by your team and cannot block residential or neighboring business entrances. Please avoid large gatherings in front of the building.
4. Please leave the space in the same condition it was received. Trash should be placed in designated bins, and cardboard should be flattened and bundled.
5. Do not leave trash on the sidewalk or place it in residential/city bins. Any resulting tickets, fines, or cleanup fees will be charged to the guest.
6. Nails and wall/glass decals are allowed with prior approval. Restoration fees may apply for unpatched holes, patches without proper sanding and repainting, or decal residue.
7. Booking hours must include deliveries, setup, breakdown, cleanup, and removal. Unscheduled overtime is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate.
8. A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. Additional cleaning, repairs, restoration, fines, or damage-related costs may be deducted from the deposit.
