Stillrock is unlike anything else in the NYC tri-state area — a genuine 1800s riverstone house with 16' ceilings, wood beams, and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace that has stopped location scouts in their tracks. Built in the mid-1800s from riverstones and real Cypress wood beams, the Great Room is the centerpiece of the house and features 16' high ceilings; a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a wood stove; barn door; wagon-wheel chandeliers; a diamond-shaped window; skylights; and more. The renovated country kitchen has a small wood stove, stainless steel appliances, kitchen island, and farmhouse sink. Upstairs, the master bedroom features high ceilings, uniquely shaped windows, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower — a detail production teams and photographers consistently seek out. A separate office with built-in bookshelves and an Asian-style rug rounds out the upper floor. Outside, there is a covered front porch, backyard stone patio, and plenty of space to set up tents for a commissary or other crew needs. The house sits on 1/2 acre with an expansive lawn, a (non-working) well, and thoughtfully placed trees and bushes.
