About the Space
Located in the heart of North York's design and art district, this venue hosts its own private entrance supplemented with 30 private parking spots and a private ambiance. The venue boasts 2500 sqft of event space with 15 ft ceiling height that can host 100+ people. Complemented with a synchronized SONOS speaker system, scene adjusting LED lights and a gorgeous marble island that can sit up to 22 people. The venue is designed to host both sitting and standing events that can range from corporate events, parties, photoshoots and meetings. The venue additionally hosts a kitchen, a hair and make up room, a meeting room and loading dock on site which are readily available to use for clients upon booking. We do offer additional furniture to be rented such as additional chairs, stools, cocktail tables, professional speaker system and a portable stage which can be arranged at any part of the space. Our team is able to assist you in the event design and further rentals and catering as well. Please take into consideration that the venue charges for a $150 flat rate cleaning fee on top of the hourly rate.
