Bring your gear and work 24/7 if you can at a low flat rate. The Control Room and Vocal Booth is ideal for Songwriting, Production, Mixing, Vocal, Podcast, Voice-over recordings, Audio Post, Content Production for Social Media, and Videos. This Room is nicely sized and Acoustically Designed and Treated by a top Studio Designing Firm. We can equip the room with pro tools and nearfield monitors + subwoofer at an additional cost. We also offer monthly rate of $4,500.00 (24/7 access without gear or engineer)
