Optional add-ons such as professional photography and videography are available to enhance your booking. ​ While no security deposit is required, any spills, damages, or excessive cleanup may result in a minimum $200 charge, with additional costs applied if damages exceed that amount. Security staff is mandatory for events with 20+ guests (1 guard required), with a minimum 4-hour booking required per guard hired. Security may also be required for events involving alcohol, in accordance with building requirements
