The studio features a flexible stage setup with seating options, making it suitable for talk shows, panel discussions, interviews, presentations and productions with a small live audience. Its layout allows for clear sightlines, dynamic camera angles and structured interaction while maintaining a focused and professional atmosphere on stage. Studio 3 supports professional live streaming and video workflows, including multi camera operation and live direction from a dedicated remote control room. This enables real time switching, streaming and recording while keeping the stage environment uninterrupted. A talkback system ensures direct communication between the control room and the studio floor throughout live and recorded productions. The space is well suited for live streams, hybrid events and recorded formats that require presence and interaction, such as corporate talks, press events, panel discussions, workshops, moderated discussions and public conversations. The stage environment can be adapted easily to different formats, from formal presentations to conversational setups. To support longer productions and live events, shared facilities on site include a kitchen and lounge area, production offices and a designated smoking room, providing comfortable spaces for breaks, preparation and coordination. Professional staff and technical operators are present during all bookings to support setup, operation and smooth production workflows. In addition to Studio 3, two further studios are available on site and can be booked individually or combined for larger productions. Studio 1 is a high end production studio designed for professional audio and video workflows, featuring advanced camera setups and a large LED wall. Studio 2 is a compact, sound optimized studio designed for podcasts, voice over recordings, interviews and audio focused productions requiring a quiet and controlled environment. Combination bookings across all studios are possible, allowing parallel workflows, simultaneous recordings or extended production setups within one location.
