Our Sprawling Large Animal Farm is a picturesque haven that combines rustic charm with modern amenities. Situated on a generous expanse of land, this property offers a plethora of features to cater to both animal lovers and those seeking a unique event space. Front Entry: As you approach the property, you'll be greeted by a stunning front entry featuring a grand driveway flanked by two sets of majestic metal gates. Adding a touch of Spanish style, two ornate columns frame an antique front door, which opens to reveal a three-tiered fountain adorning a large curved window. The front area is adorned with graceful palm trees, stately oak trees, and lush grass areas that border the gravel driveway. Back Yard: Venturing into the back yard, you'll find two convenient drive-through wood and metal gates, as well as a side door/gate connecting to the front. A sandy walkway leads you to rustic stalls, each with a red roof, a spacious hay barn, and a covered Western-style party area. The landscape is enriched by greenery, including palm trees, wildflowers, and plants. A sprawling horse arena awaits, along with a round pen, turn-out area, cow pen, alpaca pen, and additional horse stalls. For our Western-themed enthusiasts, there's even a special goat enclosure. At the Top of the Property: At the pinnacle of our property, you'll discover a Bird Avery complemented by a small pond and a charming chicken coop. Adjacent to this, a pig pen is nestled beneath two large mulberry trees, surrounded by a patio and a verdant grassy area. There's also a one-stall bathroom with a sink and toilet for your convenience. Access and Facilities: Access to the back of the property is easy via a large gate connected to a private dirt road named Kay Lane. A well-equipped tack room is conveniently located on-site, and our property boasts power outlets, well-lit areas, Bluetooth speakers, and Wi-Fi connectivity for your events and activities. Vehicle Enthusiasts' Haven: For car enthusiasts, we have a collection of classic cars, including a 1965 coupe Mustang, a 1966 fastback Mustang, and a 1990s 5.0 Mustang, some of which are in the process of being lovingly restored. Additionally, we have two 3-slant horse trailers on-site, one older and one brand new, providing ample transportation for your animals. Our Beloved Animal Residents: Our property is home to a delightful array of animals, including Alpacas, Mini Bulls (Cows), a Mini Donkey, a mini pony, four ponies, five horses, chickens, ducks, a turkey, geese, pigs, goats, sheep, and even some friendly cats. These lovely creatures are all available for unforgettable photo opportunities.
