Sprawled out home filled with neutral colors and LOTS of natural light. 2500+ sq. feet including 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 large living spaces and dining room all with the feel of "Anywhere America." Massive front yard with green grass, beautiful gardens. On one side of the yard is a kid's swingset and slide set against a hedged in garden. Private backyard has large porch that flows into a game room with wet bar. Backyard has long grotto-like pool and spa. The interior is well maintained with updated neutral floors and paint as well as select bungalow-style 1960s charm such as a floral stained glass window, geometric stained glass window and wood paneling in the game room. The living room has a large flatscreen TV mounted on a stone fireplace. Kitchen maintains original 1960's vibe and has a very large pantry. Kid's bedrooms each have one wallpapered accent wall.
