Spooky Mediterranean Mansion in the hills of Camarillo. Currently in mid-refurbishment and remodel. In it's current state, it's the perfect locale for a scary movie, music video, or photo shoot! Large main driveway with space for plenty of cars or a few production trucks. Huge three door garage offers even more parking space. Smaller secondary driveway and garage on lower end. Impressive entranceway with custom made door leading to foyer with spiral stairs leading to the roof. Massive roof deck with unobstructed views of the mountains and ocean. Concrete columns adorn interior and exterior of the property. Large living room area with fireplace. Large balcony area adjacent. Floor to ceiling windows let in a lot of light. Long hallways on second level lead to large bedrooms and dark spooky rooms with no windows! Deep custom made pool area with jacuzzi just a few steps away outside. (Currently drained.) The lowest level was intended to be maid quarters and can only be reached by a ladder in the elevator shaft. (Elevator not installed yet.) More long hallways leading to dark unfinished areas and an outside doorway opening on a steep drop as the exterior stairs were never built. This mansion takes on a whole different character at night. You may hear or see owls outside! Spooky is the best way to describe it.
