Private independent entrance on the 1st floor. Outdoor living awaits you off three decks over the two levels of the house as well as the sunken garden at the front of the house. Inside enjoy open concept living with 20ft ceilings, floor to ceiling windows of eastern, northern and western views of the mountains. Watch the morning sun flood the main interior space with light into the kitchen, dining and lounge. All amenities includes brand new appliances (Dishwasher, microwave, two fridges and freezer, washer/dryer). Beautiful custom solid oak dining table sits 6 comfortably. Can accommodate up to x8 people. Master bedroom includes a kitchenette for tea and coffee and reading nook (see photos) Both bathrooms have rainfall shower heads, with the master bathroom (spa room) including a brand new egg shaped bathtub and an infrared sauna.
