About the Space
My apartment occupies the whole third floor of a 320 year-old building right in the center of Old San Juan, next to the Cathedral and La Fortaleza (the governor's office and residence). It has a distinct Spanish architecture, with high ceilings, Saltillo tile floors and windows with stained glass. Yet, it has all modern conveniences (A/C in every room, 3 full bathrooms, a guest apartment, etc). It has a rooftop deck where one can enjoy views of the ocean and the old city, including the historic gates and walls
