Spanish style white house with a kidney-shaped 6' deep salt water pool built from the 60s, and a jacuzzi surrounded with cactuses and banana trees. The house is within a nice compound of a cul-de-sac and are surrounded by fruit trees, bamboos and cactuses fenced by wood and brick walls. DM me if you would like to remove the heated option for pools and jacuzzi. Please note that the jacuzzi needs about 30mins to heat and the pool needs about 3 hours to heat due to the size and depth. After its heated, only the top 4 feets would be warmed, the bottom 2 feats on the deep end might not be as warm. Beautiful open kitchen with a large kitchen island, bright sunlight in the kitchen and living area with a white painted stone fire place. Light wood cabinets with leather handle, white marble-like waterfall counter top and an archway connecting to the dining area. Drinking water, ice and food are not included in the listing. The dining area has wood table, bench and bungalow style bamboo-white chairs, together with a wood shelf and double glass french door facing to the front of the house with two skinny tall palm trees.
