About the Space

Welcome to our charming Spanish-style white house, featuring a classic 1960s kidney-shaped saltwater pool (6 feet deep) and a jacuzzi nestled among cactuses and banana trees. Located at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, the home sits within a private compound surrounded by fruit trees, bamboo, and cactus gardens, all enclosed by a mix of wood and brick fencing. Pool & Jacuzzi Details: • The jacuzzi takes approximately 30 minutes to heat. • The pool takes about 3 hours due to its size and depth. • Please note: once heated, the top 4 feet of the pool will be warm, while the bottom 2 feet may remain cooler. • DM us if you prefer to opt out of heating for the pool or jacuzzi. Step inside to a bright, open kitchen with a large island, light wood cabinetry with leather handles, and a white marble-style waterfall countertop. The space is bathed in natural light and features a white-painted stone fireplace in the adjacent living area. A graceful archway leads to the dining area, furnished with a wooden table, bench seating, and bungalow-style bamboo and white chairs. Double French glass doors open to a view of two slender palm trees at the front of the home. Please note: Drinking water, ice, and food are not included in the listing. Enjoy all-day natural light in a serene and quiet neighborhood — perfect for your next shoot or getaway. Before your scheduled shoot, please review the following important notes: 1. Certificate of Insurance (COI): Please provide a valid COI that covers potential property damage and liability for your crew. This must be submitted prior to the booking date. 2. Equipment Protection: Ensure all equipment that contacts the floor or walls is properly covered—tennis balls or similar protective coverings are required. 3. Pets on Site: The property owner has a dog and a cat. They will be kept out of the booking areas during your rental period. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
