Spanish revival style home in the hills under the Hollywood sign. One bedroom, office, full bath, wrap around deck with vintage Post Modern decor out of your 70's-80's fantasy. Large backyard with garden, fire pit and patio deck. Amazing natural light during the day and colorful modern lighting in the evening. Great for shooting films, music videos or photoshoots! Two available parking spots and street parking after that. There is nowhere to park XL trailers sorry! Uhaul size or large vans will fit.
