Main living area features white open concept and recently remodeled kitchen. Two kids bedrooms and a vintage tiled bathroom on the entry level. Lower level offers a modern master suite on one side, as well as a rustic unfinished cellar on the other side. The property features a detached guest house/casita adjacent to the main house. This can be rented separately and used as a green room, hair & makeup, or even as overnight accommodations for talent to be close to set. A flat, paved backyard makes for a perfect staging area, video village, or on-site lunch setup. NOTE: Listed rates are the base price for using ONE area of the house/property.
