Beautiful artist studio with 20-foot ceilings, gorgeous natural lighting, polished concrete floors, and a 12-foot roll-up gate. It includes a custom gourmet kitchen, tiled bathroom with a shower and a versatile second-story loft with queen bed. Gated and private parking lot attached with room for 5 cars. Building is equipped with Wifi, A/C, and laundry. The space includes a vintage red Ligne Roset Togo sofa, large white studio tables on wheels, scissor lift and much more - available for use in shoots. Existing artwork in studio can be used in shoot for an additional licensing fee. The space is perfect for film and photo shoots of all kinds, with plenty of white wall space, natural light, and an open floor layout.
