During the summer months the land holds an idyllic view of the land with beautiful swaying grasses and trees, whilst during the winter there is possible snow that provides a stunning atmosphere for the cold seasons, as pictured below. The land holds its own valley that also holds parts of the Pacific Coast Trail, as well as many areas for horse. There are several structures available for special events usage, only a few that are closed off for the owner’s private residence. The ranch was owned and mainly built by a past comedian Red Skelton, housing his own horses and as well as his own residence.
