About the Space
**UPDATE: the space is currently very empty with few furnishings post-long term rental. Square footage is an open canvas for any kind of setting and IDEAL floor space for production team to move around** Home to a green conscious family, we live an ultra-light footprint with energy saving, solar supported appliances. And we do this with over 3,000 square feet of interior space on a 5,400 sq ft lot!! The entertaining space has an extreme amount of natural sunlight from all corners of the home great for photos and filming. Our space can easily handle corporate events with 75+ people indoors and outdoors standing capacity. With luxurious floor-to-ceiling glass sliding stacked doors, the open space also successfully creates a unique indoor/outdoor ambiance for shooting film and photography. The property is host to 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and generous living, dining & media rooms. Our large, commercial-style chef's kitchen accommodates a wide range of use cases for catered events to cooking shows and instruction. The home is wired with built-in audio channels throughout and an alarm system. The home is a top, green-rated residence with a LEED Platinum certification utilizing solar panel/power storage, recycled building materials and more! This was a beautiful filming location. The site rep, Heather, was wonderfully accommodating and super communicative. I would absolutely film here again!

Really cool and unique house. Some of the details show a little bit of age. We were shooting in the bathrooms and there are some flaws that we didn't see in the initial photos, but otherwise a great experience.
