About the Space

Our venue is a modern designed creative space for hosting meetings, work-shops, photoshoots, retreats, cooking classes, podcasts, and small events. The space has a full kitchen, two separate rooms that can convert to bedrooms, a game room with a full sized pull out couch and two bathrooms. Parking is available in the rear of the building with access to additional parking across the street if needed. All furniture in the photos is available for use. You are welcomed to bring tables and chairs if needed, however, tables and chairs are available to rent for an additional fee. The pool table can be converted to a table as well. Smoking is allowed but ONLY on the back porch. For events under 25 people, we collect a $500 *refundable* security deposit up front that will be returned as long as there is no damage assessed i.e. damage to interior walls or paint, lingering smells (like cigarette smoke), or noise violations. For events over 30 people, we require one-day event insurance that will cover the duration of the event. This insurance can be purchased at www.theeventhelper.com.
