Our Loft on 5th features a fully furnished rooftop with a fireplace and outdoor speaker system along with a NYC view. It also features a full kitchen for caterers, 2 dining tables for a seated dinner for up to 20 guests, and an elegant, custom-built-in bar with glassware. 3 uniquely designed private rooms within the space can easily act as make-up and dressing rooms. A lush, stylish seating nook decked out with a full-size disco ball and a beautiful chandelier art installation brings a fun, nostalgic glamour to the venue. Our venue also offers a state-of-the-art speaker system, 55” Samsung Frame TV, custom color-changing up-lights, 2 newly renovated restrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a list of other amenities at no additional cost. We currently allow up to 100 guests with a minimum guest capacity of 20 guests. You may choose a 4-hour, or 5-hour rental and we allow for events until 2am. An event manager, bartender, bar-back and lobby host are included in the total. Tax and gratuity are also included in the total. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event so you can spend time with your guests without the hassle of cleaning after. All rental rates include load-in, set-up, and breakdown. Paid vendors such as caterers, decorators, and DJs are allowed to come in 60 minutes prior to the event start time. 4-hour rental $2,000 (event ends before 6pm) $2,400 (event begins after 6pm) 5-hour rental $2,400 (event ends before 6pm) $2,800 (event begins after 6pm) In addition to our rental rates, please select one of our per-person open bar packages which offer a full-service experience for your guests. Our bar packages include mixers, garnishes, and the use of our glassware. Included mixers for each bar package are seltzer, tonic, orange juice, lemonade, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup, Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, ginger beer, sour mix, and Red Bull. Included garnishes are lemons, limes, and oranges. Any specialty cocktail that requires mixers, garnishes, or bitters that are not included in our current bar packages is an additional $10 per person.
