About the Space

One of the largest in San Francisco (4,200 sq ft) and utilized for rehearsals, performances, community events, and educational activities for youth and adults. ​Located in San Francisco's Bayview neighborhood, the Dance Theatre offers a spacious and charming industrial studio ideal for a variety of events and productions. The space has plenty of natural lighting from south and west-facing windows, and is equipped with high-speed WiFi, a professional sound system, and blackout curtains. Additional amenities include a secure lobby, loading docks, freight elevators, and restrooms. The venue accommodates up to 75 guests and is suitable for rehearsals, workshops, photo shoots, and private events. Renters have access to 75 folding chairs and a house manager during their booking. Please note that amplified sound is not permitted after midnight, and renters must provide their own theatrical lighting and video equipment if needed.
