About the Space

Thanks for looking at our space. It is a 2 floor 6000 square foot facility. It is 3000 on each floor with 16foot ceilings on the 1st floor and 15foot ceilings on the 2nd. The basement is 1400 square feet and 9foot ceilings. We also have a mezzanine floor that over looks the first floor with two way window/mirrors that has a common office and private office area. the 1st floor is a very industrial, yet raw, with brick walls throughout and mirrors on one side. We have a metal corrugated ceiling and chain link fences that add to the industrial look of it all. You have rubber flooring, astro turf, monkey bars, cargo nets, climbing ropes, boxing bags, and much more. It is set up great for a group fitness class, especially for crossfit or a boot camp style look. Football camp or any sports training setting works perfect. Supplement, nutrition or beverage products, clothing shoots use of the space is perfect too. You can fit 75 people on this floor. The 1st floor also has a juice bar and front desk area which has helped with the various shoots that we have booked in the past. The 2nd floor has a spin studio-loft look to it. Also set up with metal corrugated ceilings, brick walls, and mirrors. This floor has the beautiful hardwood floors which is great for yoga, pilates, zumba, and other dance class settings. There is also a separate area for 1 on 1 personal training, or in the background for "pumping iron". There is a basement area that has a nutritionist office, stretch room, juice bar supplies/storage room, and locker room. There are male and female bathrooms on each floor. We have been booked for Under Armour clothing shoots, Tropicana commercials, supplement/nutrition/beverage commercials and ads, martial arts and MMA ads and independent films. We have been featured on NBC, MSG Network, Yes Network, PIX11, Channel 12, Bric Media, Industry Magazine, and more. We are privately owned so if you have a request please don't hesitate to ask it.
