About the Space

Our 1900 square foot contemporary storefront is conveniently located in the neighborhood of Burbank. With 1500 square feet of open, unobstructed space decorated in warm toned neutrals and earth-tones, it can easily be dressed up to suit any color palette for events, product launches, screenings, pop-up shops etc. With 78 feet of depth, it's perfect for documentary interviews and all kinds of film and photo shoots. The front of the space gets hit with beautiful golden sunlight in the evening, filtered through cream sheers or pull the luxurious blush/ beige velvet curtains closed to eliminate the natural light altogether. The rear of the space has a 10'x10' rolling elephant door accented with rusted metal panels and 2 large factory style industrial windows that stream light in during the morning hours. A small retro styled prep kitchen in cream tones is perfect as an additional backdrop or to stage snacks. Along the left wall of the space are a series of small nooks with arched entrances and accented with beige velvet curtains. These nooks are primarily storage for the time being and are not currently usable shooting spaces. One may be used as a fitting room but the arches make wonderful backgrounds from the outside. The space includes a tan leather sofa, 2 tan leather wingback chairs and 2 beige velvet chairs as shown in pictures. We have a couple of folding tables that may be used upon request. Aside from daylight from the windows, the space is lit via a combination of CRI 95 daylight balanced tube bulbs and RGB tone-able can lights. The colored lights won't make a visible difference unless the space is otherwise dark.
