About the Space
A very spacious 2000 square foot studio with a 700 square foot cyclorama also known as a seamless white wall. Walls are 12 feet high. Street-level entry with loading dock (4 feet high) into the studio and free parking studio space available 7 days a week, 7am - 7pm. Studio Lighting is an additional cost, see below for details. Please enquire about before or after hours. Weekly and monthly rates also available. Room enough on site for several production trailers NO PERMITS REQUIRED! Studio Pre-Lit LED lighting Package. (4) Full RGBWW light panels with space light modifiers for even diffused light and endless colour combinations and lighting effects. All remotely controlled with an iPad. Flat rate of $450 a day, for longer productions please enquire. Additional Lighting and Video gear available to rent, at additional cost, please visit vivacamera.ca to see our entire inventory. Lighting grid is 13.5 feet high. Power: (4) 15A circuits, (1) 20A circuit. Also part of your 6-10+ hour rental is an 800 sq.ft. flex space with access to a dedicated hair and make up room, talent or client Green Room, craft services area, bathroom, kitchen, and more. For bookings less than 6 hours, Hair and Makeup and Green Room is available for additional cost. An additional overflow area is also available at additional cost. Bookings of 30+ get this overflow space free of additional charge. This overflow area provides you with an additional 350 sq.ft. and gives you an additional lounge area with TV, kitchen, and washroom. Perfect for small to large video productions, photoshoots, music videos, small events, training courses, seminars and more. MINIMUM BOOKING: 4hrs If you require extended production days, or want to use the flex space (800 sq.ft.) as part of your production and shoot in it, that can be arranged at extra cost. Please mention ahead of time!

We would 100% come back for future production. The layout is perfect for productions that needs client on set, with the studio and interior functional rooms separated. And location manager Conor is very productive and nice and helped a lot! and with Viva media's equipment rental just right next to the studio, all our equipment rentals are loaded in the studio when we arrive which save a lot time in shipping.
