We are a distinctive loft-style event venue located in downtown Historic East Point, just minutes away from the airport, about 13 minutes away from Downtown Atlanta, and within walking distance from East Point Marta Station. Our spacious 990 sqf space makes it an ideal location for a wide range of events, including business/product launches, art shows, pop-ups, off-site training, brunches, proposals, intimate parties or baby showers, and filming. We can comfortably accommodate up to 45- 50 seated guests. If you adore continuous natural and soft light throughout the day, this is the perfect space for you.
Our space features a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. We allow outside catering vendors, although only food warming is permitted, not full cooking. We welcome outside vendors. We asked all outside vendors to follow our house rules.
It's essential to include setup, breakdown, and cleanup time within your booking. All food and beverages must be removed by the end of the event, and the kitchen counters and sink must be left clean and free from food. Any equipment, decor, or personal items brought in must also be removed from the kitchen, restroom, and event space at the end of the booking.
Please note that pets and fire sparkles are not allowed.
