Sound proof medium size music recording studio off Division/Halsted reminiscent of the heyday of recording studios, designed and built in 1983, with premium finishes in live room suitable for chamber ensembles up to 20 musicians seated, with visually stunning acoustic design elements, making for a neutral and controlled audio capture. Also available: full band back line, plus grand piano, organ, electric piano, 5-octave marimba, vibraphone and many other interesting vintage collections of acoustic and electric instruments. The control room is open concept and easy to setup your workflow. The lounge area features a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. There’s another small auxiliary lounge/office space and two bathrooms.
