About the Space

Our dance studio space offers a 1,440 square foot private, air-conditioned dance studio space available for hourly rentals. Studio Rentals are to be used for rehearsals, auditions, photoshoots, video shoots, and private exercise classes. Studio Information: Conveniently located right off the 215 and Buffalo the rehearsal studio is located inside a private office building. Studio offers central air, heat, small JLB wireless speaker, wifi access , wood floors, private bathroom, shower, and sauna. Ample Parking available Rental Rate Information: MON-FRIDAY from 8:30am-5:30pm SAT-SUN from 9:00am-4:00pm Studio Rental Policy: CANCELLATION: Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price. Guests may cancel their booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time & receive a 50% refund (excluding fees) of their booking price. Booking cancelations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable. 1. Rental clients are responsible for any damage to the studio during their rental period. A damage fee of $75 or the full cost of repair, whichever is greater, will be charged to the card on file if needed. 2. Rental clients are expected to leave the studio, common areas, and restrooms in the same condition as they were found. Please remove all personal items and trash before leaving. Guests are expected to be respectful of other clients, staff, and instructors. Failure to do so may result in termination of the rental. 3. Food, drinks (other than bottled water), and chewing gum are not permitted in the studios. 4. Live music is not permitted in the studio. 5. Rental clients are not permitted to wander throughout the building outside of the studio and approved areas.
