About the Space

This versatile 1,300 sq. ft. space features a dedicated dance floor designed for instructional classes, rehearsals, celebrations, and group activities. The open layout provides plenty of room for movement and can also be adapted for events, exhibits, workshops, and other gatherings. The space includes two bathrooms, a kitchenette or kitchen area without a range or oven, and 3–5 utility offices that can be used for event support, storage, exhibits, or additional activity areas. Roll-up doors provide convenient access for loading and unloading equipment, supplies, décor, and production materials. Outside catering is welcome, making it easy to customize food and beverage arrangements for your event. Parking availability varies depending on the day and time, so availability should be confirmed in advance. Ideal for dance classes, celebrations, workshops, rehearsals, private events, exhibits, photo shoots, and small productions.
