Studio is on the 12th floor with passenger and freight Elevators. North-facing windows facing buildings not the street (no loud street noise). Photos do not do it justice! RATES: Mon-Fri 7AM-7PM | $75/hr (4 hour min) Sat-Sun 9AM-7PM | $85/hr (5 hour min, no exceptions) + $25 cleaning fee for every booking **5% OFF for 8+ hours (automatically applied)** **Under 4 hr bookings accepted only if it's 7 days before your booking date ** When booking please keep in mind prep and clean-up time as it is part of your booking hours. The space must be cleaned and all guest must have exited the space by the end time. If you need to extend time, you will be billed at 1 and 1/2 times the hourly rate.
