About the Space

Welcome to the Music Patch Manor, we're excited to host your next yoga class, photoshoot, or video shoot! Our space sits on an 8,000sq ft lot just North of the Burbank airport, a perfect location for enjoying the mountains without the inconvenience of a long, uphill drive. Enter through our dedicated check-in area onto the patio, where you can kick back on the couch (not pictured) and look out at the hills. In front of the patio sits a lush green lawn, separated from the pool by a metal black fence. Past the fence lies a huge avocado tree and our stunning pool and spa, ideal for a hot summer day in the sun! If you keep going to the right of the pool we have the smoking area, which can also be used as space for craft, hair & makeup, vendors, crew, etc.! Above the pool lies the stage, where you can look out over the yard, command your scene, or give a speech to your class.
