Spacious Backyard Tropical Oasis, Near The Beach

About the Space

I'm only looking to rent out my large, tropical backyard. Completely privately fenced in, there are several areas to sit, chill, conversate, eat, lounge in the sun, sit around the firepit, and also room to set up multiple tables and chairs. There is a space on the side of the house with artificial grass to store items to be out of site as well. At night, there are solar lights all over, tiki torches (solar only) and tons of string lights. On site: Several seating areas/chairs, side tables, square dinette table/4 chairs, lounge chairs, small above ground pool with sunshade, horseshoe and cornhole games, firepit/6 Adirondack chairs, a BBQ grill & hundreds of solar/string lights at night, and a Bluetooth speaker. Also, my home is only 1.9 miles from IRB. (Any patio, or floating deck, furniture could be moved to accommodate rental tables/chairs)
