Welcome to our expansive, scenic backyard, a truly versatile space perfect for production filming, photoshoots, and private events. This stunning setting offers diverse backdrops, including a large grassy field leading to a picturesque lakefront with a private dock/boardwalk, as well as a beautiful wooded area providing natural shade and texture. For your planning, please note that we require a minimum of two weeks' advance notice before your intended booking date for administrative and preparation purposes. Furthermore, all clients must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming us as an additional insured before the booking is confirmed. Please be advised that restroom facilities are not available on site for guests or crew; therefore, you must arrange for and provide your own portable toilet solutions.
