About the Space
Welcome to our sunny and spacious downtown loft located in DTLA's historic core. This studio boasts a 2300 square foot space with amenities such as air conditioning, wifi, 8 large windows, a music studio, stage, projectors, and 2 bathrooms. It is ideal for photo shoots, filming, showroom and production space, art exhibitions, music videos, and commercials. The loft also looks directly into the historic refugee alley which exhibits street art and murals. It is ideal for an urban and east coast city aesthetic. All of the furniture can be reconfigured as long as you coordinate with studio manager. We recommend making configuration requests in advance so that we can have the space ready for you. Please note that there is a building fee for productions of $4500/day.
