Modern farmhouse on quarter-acre lot in San Fernando Valley was completely remodeled in 2019 by professional designer/homeowner. Home includes a spacious gourmet kitchen with butler's pantry. Kitchen can be easily shot from the living and dining room due to open floor plan layout with beautiful vaulted, beamed ceiling. Large backyard includes an in-ground pool, covered seating area in front of outdoor fireplace, and a covered patio attached to a separate guest house. Backyard chickens are also on the property. The guest house also has vaulted beamed ceiling, custom wet bar, and designer bathroom.
