This modern, atelier-style orthodontic office is perfect for photoshoots, commercials, or film shoots that are looking not only for dental-specific backdrops but also for any esthetic medical setting, such as a dermatology office, plastic surgery suite, a medspa, etc. Our space has been used for stock photoshoots for medical companies, short films, cinematic movies featuring a surgical suite, and more! The space features a waiting room, an open-bay area with 4 dental chairs, a private suite, a consultation room, a sterilization area, lab room, and kitchen suite. We have plenty of spaces for hair and makeup, video village, food area, and storage. The floor of our suite has an empty unit that has been utilized before for catered lunches and more storage. - The waiting room has custom-built seating nooks, wood paneling extending to the ceiling with live preserved moss details, and a marble front desk area. - The open bay has 4 dental chairs and contains beautiful natural light all day from the panoramic windows. The dental chairs can be lifted and reclined. The area also has a marble island and live plants between the chairs. - The private suite has a dental chair, a sink, and a mounted mirror on the wall. - The consultation room features glass walls, a marble desk, barber consultation chair, a Samsung Frame TV for treatment presentations, and large windows creating natural light in the space. - The sterilization area contains a marble countertop, a sink, and standard orthodontic sterilization equipment. - The lab room features a sink and cabinets. - The kitchen suite contains a kitchen sink, refrigerator, cubby area, glass table, four dining chairs, and a Samsung Frame TV that can be utilized as part of the video village, if needed. - If needed, dental tools are available as well as gloves, mirrors, etc. We look forward to hosting your next project!
