A fish pond fountain is attached to the house located in the courtyard. The front entrance opens to the living room and its river rock wood burning fireplace, which leads to the open kitchen and dining room with access to one of its 3 patios. There are 2 skylights (skytubes) & recessed lighting throughout for added brightness. The Kitchen has a center island with custom cabinetry and fixtures. The adjacent Primary Bedroom has beautiful wood beam ceilings and a working wood burning Kiva fireplace. The Office has built in wooden wall units and shelving with pocket doors that open into the living room. The rear Bedroom has direct access to the courtyard that leads to another covered patio and goldfish fountain. The secluded Backyard is lined with fruit trees and plush greenery.
